Theatre lovers and movie fans thinking about spending a Valentine's weekend in London may want to take the opportunity to see the stage show of a popular romantic film.

From February 4th, the Palace Theatre will be hosting a spectacular new adaptation of the Hollywood classic Singin' In The Rain.

Adam Cooper plays Don Lockward – the role made famous by Gene Kelly in the 1952 film.

He is joined on stage by Scarlett Strallen - who has had West End appearances in Mary Poppins, The Witches of Eastwick and Chitty Chitty Bang - and Katherine Kingsley

Couples on a London weekend break may want to follow the performance with a meal at a romantic restaurant in London such as Roux at The Landau or a spot of afternoon tea served in Palm Court.

They can then book in for a good night's sleep at a luxury 5 star hotel such as The Langham.
