Location: London Palladium
Michael Crawford will be returning to the West End next year as the Wizard in the Wizard of Oz musical created by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Visitors to the capital may wish to indulge in some fine dining in London before heading to the London Palladium to catch the show.
Mr Crawford has appeared in the Woman in White but is probably best known for his role as Frank Spencer in Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em, reports OffcialLondonTheatre.co.uk.
The musical starts on February 7th and Mr Crawford will be appearing alongside Danielle Hope, who won the role of Dorothy on the BBC show - Over the Rainbow.
The musical is based on the children's novel by L Frank Baum, which tells the story of Dorothy, who gets swept away to the Land of Oz in a tornado and must find her way home, while encountering characters such as the Scarecrow.
Songs including Follow the Yellow Brick Road and Somewhere Over the Rainbow from the 1939 film will be incorporated into the show as well as new songs composed by Webber.
After indulging in some fine dining in London and enjoying the Wizard of Oz, visitors can retire in style to the 5 star hotel - the Langham.
