Families heading to the capital in March may want to take the opportunity to experience some of the world's best squash players, as they compete at East Wintergarden.

Mothers and fathers could take their aspiring sports stars to some see of their heroes at the event, before booking into a London family hotel for the night.

The Canary Wharf Squash Classic will see last year's winner Nick Matthew look to defend his title against a host of the planet's finest. 

Matthew has recently lost his world number one ranking to fellow Brit James Willstrop and will be looking for a strong showing at the tournament.

Squash is not an Olympic sport so this could be the best chance people will get to experience the high-paced action on British soil this year.
