The Houses of Parliament will be opening its doors this month toanyone who fancies a peek inside one of the world's mostrecognisable and iconic parliamentary buildings.

With parliament in recess for the summer, bookings are now beingtaken for tours around areas including the Lords and Commonschambers and the Queen's robing room.

The 75-minute tour will also include a visit to the RoyalGallery and Westminster Hall ?????scene of Winston Churchill'slying-in-state in 1965.

Tours will not take place on Sundays or Bank Holiday Mondays,but are available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between9.15am and 4.30pm and on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 1.15pmand 4.30pm.

The summer opening hours are only on offer between now andAugust 30th, so visitors will have to move quickly to make this apart of their London weekend getaway.
