Art lovers could discover clay animals and office equipment forfree at A Curious Context.

The latest sculpture exhibition at Canary Wharf could provideguests of a five star hotel with a slice of unusualculture.

Stephanie Quayle has created animals in clay and placed them inunusual positions in the lobby of the large skyscraper at CanadaSquare.

Five star hotel guests will be able to see anurban fox slinking around the lobby, a monkey sitting on top of apile of books and an orangutan sitting on a throne.

Claire Mitten's pieces have been made from recycled paper, filesand gadgets and are based on office equipment from the 1990s.

Ms Mitten completed a masters at the Royal College of Art in2006.

Ann Elliott, exhibition curator, said: "On the face of it, theseartists are very different, although in essence there are almosthidden links, including their speed of delivery after lengthypreparation and their total disregard for highly finishedpieces."

After spending the day looking at unusual sculptures andpossibly shopping in Canada Square visitors can retire in style tothe five star Langham hotel, London.
