The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, the world's largest annual event of its kind, is this year celebrating its 20th anniversary – and you could be there.

While there is a wide variety of exciting London weekend breaks on offer, timing a stay to see this show could prove a blooming great idea.

A day at the world-renowned event, which is a recurring diary entry for thousands, could allow for a pleasant weekend to blossom into a truly memorable one.

Organised by the Royal Horticultural Society, visitors will be treated to a veritable feast of colours and scents, as compiled by experts.

Approximately 50 gardens will be on show over the six days, meaning there is bound to be something to excite everyone.

With the awards given on the first day, all visitors will be in a position to decide whether or not they agree with the judges decisions.
