Art connoisseurs on London weekend breaks next month may be able to get their hands on a bargain during a visit to the city's historic Leadenhall Market.

This is because the EleVated Affordable Art Fair, dubbed the City of London's only 'affordable art fair', is taking place for the third year in a row.

With prices ranging from £20 to £1,000, just about everyone can look forward to purchasing a piece of artwork to suit their budget.

Browsers and buyers alike will be able to meet artists, who sell their work themselves so that there is no commission.

In addition to the art sale, visitors can take advantage of a programme of live art events, exhibitions and DJs.

Later this summer, Leadenhall Market is playing host to the Americana Festival, which will feature musicians from the US and the UK celebrating the sounds of Americana music.

Artists on the bill include Elizabeth Cook, Al Perkins and The Orbitsuns.
